In 2021, Madee Bryke, our CEO & Managing Principal, established The Bryke Group to make a meaningful impact as a values-based, outcomes-oriented boutique management consultancy.After over a decade advising Fortune 500s at a Big 4 firm and bringing her expertise in-house, Madee gained significant exposure to common business challenges. She differentiated herself by crafting bespoke solutions based on each organization’s unique situation, rather than defaulting to the typical one-size-fits-all approach.Madee set out to challenge the status quo by building her own consulting practice centered around this differentiator.OUR PURPOSE

Madee Bryke, Founder and Managing Principal of The Bryke Group, is a management consultant who works closely with business leaders to design and implement effective strategic, operational, and technological solutions. She is an analytical thinker and hands-on partner, specializing in business process design, systems implementation, organizational development, salesforce effectiveness and customer success. With over ten years of experience across corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Madee works within a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, non-profit, and more.She partners with senior executives and emerging leaders supporting a variety of initiatives. From initial growth stage to corporate restructuring, Madee works closely with companies at points of critical change and immense potential. She is skilled at navigating complex scenarios that present opportunities for lasting transformation.Prior to founding The Bryke Group, Madee was Director of Sales Operations & Workforce Optimization at a private equity-backed healthcare technology company, where she developed and deployed salesforce effectiveness strategies and advised on custom CRM build. Before this, Madee worked in PwC’s People & Organization practice as a managing Senior Consultant where she advised Fortune 500 clients on enterprise and business unit operations with a focus on process redesign, systems implementation, post-merger integration, culture, training, and change management. Prior to this, Madee was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Assurance Services practice with concentration on finance effectiveness, internal controls assessment, and enterprise systems transformation. Madee holds a Bachelor’s in Human & Organizational Development and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. Madee is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of New York.
